Evian is one thing. A vitamin water is not. · 3 min
Bottled water is a package, not a spring
Plain water in a bottle scores like water. Flavour, sweetener, ‘electrolytes’, and a mountain on the label are a soda with better lighting.
Shop the Drinks aisleThe keep
Water. Maybe minerals the spring already had. Evian is the example in this lab because the list is honest. Tap is usually fine. A bottle is a convenience, not a personality.
The costume
Alkaline, electrolyte, vitamin, ‘focus’. Scan it. If there is sucralose or sugar, you bought a drink. If there is a dye, you bought a drink with a costume.
How to shop it
Tap, a bottle you refill, or a still spring water with one ingredient. Sports drinks are for sweat you can name, not for a desk.
